Levels of Protection

The UL 752 standard sets the bar for bulletproof glass ratings. The official standard has 10 levels; we manufacture Levels 1 through 8, which are the level of protection most commonly used.

We work with meticulous third-party vendors to ensure our bulletproof glass windows are tested to this standard, ensuring all of our products will perform under fire.

One of our premier bulletproof transaction window products, the baffle window features offset glass panels to bounce sound naturally between sides without risking a clear line of fire or compromising visual obstruction. Available in UL Levels 1 through 8.

A traditional speak-thru window configuration, the hole and backer features a 6” voice port and a 10” oversized backer to keep visuals clear and employees safe. Available in UL Levels 1 through 8.

An oblong backer elevates the aesthetics of your transaction window while facilitating a high degree of voice transmission. Available in UL Levels 1 through 8.

The AVA transaction window is unique as it features a single, solid piece of ballistic glazing with no ports or cuts. Instead of relying on a speak thru to transmit sound, the AVA window uses small air passages to facilitate communication. Available in UL Levels 1 through 3.

Natural Voice Rail (NVR)Transaction Window

Similar to the Aluminum Voice Around bulletproof transaction window uses discreet air passages to transfer sound, rather than a speak thru. Available in UL Levels 1 through 8.
